Had a choice stay, but the room was a bit cramped for my liking. Chur to the friendly staff, they made it heaps better!

The cramped room left me with barely any space to move around, making it tough to navigate daily activities. The lighting was dim, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere, while the bathroom was too small for comfort, complicating simple tasks like brushing my teeth. There's an absence of proper dining options other than breakfast, requiring orders from outside for meals, and the massage center was overpriced for what it offered. the late checkout request was denied without reason, despite the hotel having clear availability in other bookings.

I had a great experience at the Grand Durmaz Hotel! The breakfast spread was really delightful with plenty of options. Serkan and Onur at the front desk were super helpful with local tips. Just a bit noisy outside at night, but overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The room was equipped with all necessary amenities, making our stay comfortable. Plus, the breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options each morning. the lighting in the room could definitely be improved for a cozier atmosphere.

The bellboy Tolga provided excellent service by assisting me with parking and luggage upon arrival. Onur at the reception spoke great English and offered valuable tour guidance. There was a friendly atmosphere among the staff, enhancing my overall experience during my short stay.

The economy double room could benefit from more thorough cleaning.
